After completing the course, the student is able to:
· identify the challenges of climate change in construction
· make use of the potential of the circular economy in construction
· geo-energy opportunities in construction
· contaminated soil treatment techniques
· possibilities of using recycled materials

Content

Course topics include: use of solar energy as part of geothermal energy, geothermal energy, energy storage on land, recycled materials, circular economy and their utilization in various construction projects. The content of the course is built on different subject areas. The course can be part of the ongoing development projects Applied Sciences.

Qualifications

Students must demonstrate enough expertise in engineering and design expertise and language skills prior to the course start.
