Students are able to• use the circus teaching and learning concepts professionaly• describe the circus arts education and the structure of a circus education in Finland and Europe• to design, implement and evaluate a circus education for different target groups• interpret the teaching of circus from circus arts and physical education perspectives

Content

Studies which develop students' growth to circus creativity and pedagogical thinking and capability. Learn about the circus teaching terminology and methodology from different angles. Students are able to apply what they have learned circus basics in general and comprehensive syllabus. The course helps students create and analyze a circus teaching material of different ages and abilities of the students.The course consists of theory and practical lectures, exercises, assignments and exam.
