The student is familiar with the principles of key procurement and competition law and the content of contractual and delivery terms and conditions of procurement. The student understands the main differences between YSE and RYHT. The student is able to make a contract for material, contract and subcontract. He / she is able to control the realization of procurement contracts on site and to plan and direct the delivery, transfer and storage of materials on site. He / she can determine the contractual obligations of the contract documents. The student knows the rights and obligations of the receiver and the complaint procedure and the contractor and the contractor at various stages of the project.
