Content
The course includes analysis, interpretation and writing of professional texts, construction and presentation of an oral presentation, assessment of personal communication skills, giving and receiving feedback, stakeholder communication, as well as internal and external communications, means and channels. The course covers the most common organizational structures, typical problem situations and their solving, team building and team cohesion, meeting practices, and key features of managerial work.
