COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE WORK 5 cr YHTE
Objectives:The student shall be able to
- assess the current health challenges and problems in different communities and act towards solving them
- is able to utilize community's welfare reports on his/her daily health promotion work
- work in a changing society and in different cultural environments and use regional and population-based ways of working
- apply community, resource and health-based ways of working to promote the health of families and communities
- work in accordance with a searching and network-based operating model, observing the need of the individual, family and community
- work in a multiprofessional team and plan, implement, document and evaluate health promotion programmes by using health technology
