Objective
The goal is to deepen the knowledge and skills in the area the student wants to develop more expertise on. The aim is also to support the professional growth according to the student´s learning goals.
Student is able to
- improve his/her knowledge and views on the field he/she prefers, based on the personal study plan
- summarize the learning outcomes the way he/she prefers to present them (essay, blog, vlog, free implementation)
- reflect his/her own learning and professional growth based on the personal goals
- give and receive feedback from others and utilize it towards personal development.
Content
The study module is an online module which can be taken along the studies regardless of the time and place. Different themes are offered to extend the student´s knowledge base.

Teaching methods
Independent working according to the instructions from the teacher of the each self-study package.

There is no exam on this course.
International connections
The student summarizes the learning outcomes the way she/he prefers. The student reflects her/his own learning and professional growth and utilizes it towards personal development.
Student workload
Each extent is minimum 5 credits which is equivalentto 133 hours of work. Each study package contains information about the assignmnets and their extent. In Success Stories the student can do 1-5 credits.
The workload consist of reading theory, an application and analysis of theory, the written report or some other document, reflection, self-assessment.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The teacher of each study-package is responsible for the criteria for assessment. Assessment scale is Pass / Fail (unless otherwise agreed with the study package teacher).
Content scheduling
The course is a self-study online course which can be taken along the studies regardless of the time and place. The student can choose from three different self-study packages (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Success Stories).
Further information
There is no enrolment for these courses. The course will appear in your personal study plan in PEPPI once it is accepted and registered. The course can be started according to your own timetable.
