Having completed the course, the student is able to

- describe the process of service design
- use the methods of service design
- carry out a service design project

Student knowledge about the principles of the service design and can communicate about it well. Student understand the process and tools of service design and can develop ideas in user oriented way.
Student can find information about service design and tools of service design. Student can prepare clear documents and justify ones answers. Student can follow the instructions, organize ones schedule and work independently and in team.
Student has done all the tests in level 3-4.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student knowledge about the principles of the service design and can communicate about it well. Student understand the process and tools of service design and can develop ideas in user oriented way and justify her/his actions.
