Objective
During the course, students discuss scientific research results (including international publications in English) and compare them to their own experience of operating environments. Theories, personal opinions and experiences are discussed in a communal manner both virtually and during contact teaching on the basis of flipped learning (https://info.edu.turku.fi/etaopetus/item/149-flipped-classroom,-flipped-teaching-vai-flipped-learning).
Students create a visual presentation of work community skills during the course.

- Factors affecting work community operations and effectiveness, including organisational culture and identity
- Theories on supervisor and supervisee skills as well as the latest research
