Objective

The student can explain the steps of analysis and s/he is able to carry out various chemical or biochemical analyses. The student can describe process analyzers and laboratory equipment and explain their principles of operation. S/he knows how to calculate and report the results of analysis and how to work safely in laboratory.

Content

An introduction to the basic principles of analytical chemistry with application to selected classical and instrumental methods of chemical and biochemical analysis.Laboratory application includes a variety of either quantitative chemical or biochemical analyses.
