Objective

- the student understands that psychological safety develops through certain stages
- the student can name these steps
- the student understands the connection between psychological safety and the ability to innovate
- the student identifies the psychological safety development needs in the organization and knows how to define possible obstacles to psychological safety in the organization's operations

Content

The course is divided into five parts. The first is about the innovation process and issues related to creativity. The next four are about the four levels of psychological safety, which work in the style of Maslow's hierarchy of needs. It is important to acknowledge, that you have to make sure that the first step works, so that you can move on to the second step, etc. The steps are presented in this order.
