Objective

- the student understands the connection between the emotions caused by change and the elements of change
- the student is able to name the connections between the emotions and the elements of change
- the student understands the connection between change management and emotions
- the student identifies the development needs in the organization and knows how to define their cause-and-effect relationship with the feelings experienced during the change

Content

The course is divided into seven parts. The first one tells about the activities of the volunteer organization and its management.
The following six narrate about the six emotions associated with the change process. After recognizing the feeling, the student learns to understand what causes this feeling and what needs to be done in the change process to modify that feeling.
