Objective

After completing the study module, the student is able to:
• resolve, identify and analyse the essential themes and and tasks to be developed within the field of Arts, Health and Wellbeing, as well as and different methods used in the field
• recognize different ways of approaches to Creative Well-being; how to support and facilitate the creative wellbeing in different surroundings, spaces, contexts, settings, and processes, and with different stakeholders/actors
• utilize this knowledge at individual level, in communities and in networks (innovation competences)
• target at professional processes and take the customers´ needs in account
• understand the map of professional core competences in respect to the interdisciplinary field of Arts, Health and Wellbeing connected with the contents and practice of creative wellbeing
• recognize different cultural needs of individuals and communities, and understand and identify factors that either facilitate or hinder the realization of these needs. Facilitates meeting these needs in a participatory, customer and operator-oriented way.
• aim at professional processes that utilize and develop multiprofessional competences and working practices, and take the customers’ needs as a starting point.

Content

Contexts of Creative Wellbeing:

- Methods and operating environments for promoting arts, health and wellbeing, and development in the field.

- Settings and methods in the (interdisciplinary) field of Arts, Health and Wellbeing.

- Presenting and developing one’s own professional skills in relation to the Arts & Health sector.

- Working in multidisciplinary and multiprofessional teams

- The developing of earning and business logics and systematic thinking in the field of Arts, Health and Wellbeing.

The study module deals with the core competencies required for the development of a professional approach in the field of Arts, Health and Wellbeing. This expertise is individual, group-, and community-level expertise.

The studies focus on the review of new professional frameworks and the integration of one's own professional skills in a variety of operating environments and working methods - enabling and promoting creative wellbeing in different environments and settings, contexts, processes, and with different stakeholders and actors.

In the studies, the professional and methodological skills are strengthened and deepened in relation to current themes of arts, health and wellbeing by multi-professional teamwork and cooperation.

The module strengthens the content, methods and operating models of multiprofessional co-operation between the social, health and art sectors as a contributor to well-being and inclusion.

In the module, social, arts and healthcare students work together in multiprofessional Arts & Health settings.

The module provides both theoretical and practical tools for designing, promoting and and enabling Creative Wellbeing in different operating environments, processes contexts and settings, and with different and actors.

The module provides theoretical and practical tools to promote well-being, inclusion and meaningfulness experiences within one’s own field of work and potential new areas.

The key themes include: creativity, interaction skills, community competences, creative wellbeing and expertise in terms of art-based approaches and methods.
