Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
- Analyze and develop yourself as a capable leader
- Create a new image of the Social and Health Care Sector at regional, national and international level

Teaching methods

In the study unit some theoretical models of management and leadership are considered and the chosen models are implied and reflected in a the student's own management and leadership development process.

Innovation pedagogy is applied in several ways, at individual, group, and network level, in approaching the changing management and leadership process.
