Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
· Analyse and develop themselves as leaders
· Recognise the significance of diversity and multiprofessionality for leadership
· Recognise the importance of leadership for well-being at work
· Apply strategic and competence leadership, service guidance and service provision, as well as financial and business competence in the leadership and management of work communities

· Self-management and development as a leader
· Diversity and multiprofessionality of the work community in leadership work
· Knowledge-based management and leadership communication in leadership work
· Labour legislation in leadership work (procedures related to employment relationships and contracts)
· Application of leadership competence in different operating environments
