• lääkemuodot ja lääkkeen antotavat
• keskeiset haittavaikutukset sekä yhteisvaikutusmekanismit
• lääkehoitosuunnitelma ja lääkehoitoprosessin turvallinen toteuttaminen
• lääkehoidon välineet ja aseptinen toiminta
• kirjaaminen
• ohjaus ja neuvonta
• lääkelaskenta
• lääkehoitopassi osana osaamisen tunnistamista

Objective

BASICS OF PHARMACOTHERAPY 5 ETCS LÄPE

Objectives:

Student
• is familiar with the ethical, legal and societal basics of pharmacotherapy
• knows the basics of pharmacology and pharmacy needed in nursing work
• knows how to implement an effective, sustainable and safe pharmacotherapy process in different operating environments and knows the responsibilities and roles of different professional groups and the medicine user
• knows how use reliable sources of information in the implementation of pharmacotherapy
• is able to how to make medicine-related calculations needed in the implementation of pharmacotherapy
• can guide patients and their families in pharmacotherapy and understands the significance of commitment to treatment
• is able to assess their competence in pharmacotherapy using the Medication Passport
• learns about digital health technology applications of pharmacotherapy in nursing

- teoriaopinnoista (3 op)
- prekliinisestä luokkaharjoittelusta (2 op)
