Osaamistavoitteet

The student understands the principles of earthquake geotechnical engineering: Predictions, soil-structure interaction and seismic building design.

Sisältö

The course lasts for two to three days. Attendance for all lectures is obligatory. The lectures will contain case studies from earthquake areas. Various soil structure and building structure challenges and solutions are presented.
The course contains different amount of exercises.


Professor PhD Sonja Zlatovic is the lecturer of the course.
