Osaamistavoitteet

After completing this course the student is able to use various IT tools needed for business management in the areas such as customer care, sales, logistics, financing, accounting and personnel. The student is able to draw flowchart diagrams and activity diagrams and conduct an analysis on the sequencing of events and risks.
