After completing this course the student is ableto use various IT tools needed for business management in the areas such as customer care, sales, logistics, financing, accounting and personnelto draw flow chart diagrams and activity diagrams and conduct an analysis on the sequencing of events and risksto use its risk management skills for designing and operating the IT systems.
