Objective

DEVELOPMENT OF EMERGENCY CARE AND NURSING 8 cr KEHA Students willEnhance their skills and knowledge in emergency care and nursing, leadership and management in the two fields, as well as their professional growthStudents will be able to independently plan the overall treatment of patients, as well as to administer and evaluate it based on the plan.Students will be able to assume overall responsibility for patient care in their work group.Deepen their understanding of the CRM approach and follow it in their workLearn to develop emergency care or nursing and their prerequisites as emergency care experts in their work unitDeepen their pharmacotherapy competence in different fields of emergency care and nursing (medication passport)Master the special features of clinical emergency care and nursing and related documentation, as well as to understand the role of documentation and reporting in the development of emergency care and nursingUnderstand how their own actions affect the promotion and maintenance of nursing quality
