Tavoitteet

The student is able totake an active role in a projectwork as an active team membercommunicate and negotiate project requirements (project deliverables, project outcomes) with the customer and the project teammeet the deadlines and requirements set by and with the customerundertake market research, search and find relevant data, analyze data, and provide credible suggestions regarding the customer’s internationalization’s strategycommunicate the suggestions developed by the project team to the customer in a professional manner

The main tasks related to this project are likely to be the following:Identifying and contacting SME’s in the Turku region which are looking to internationalize their products/servicesAgreeing with a company (customer) about the deliverables and deadlines/milestonesIdentifying and gathering the data needed to perform the required tasksAnalyzing the data and assessing the different options (and the likely benefits, drawbacks and risks each option entails)Presenting the results to the customerNB:Each project team works with an assigned coach and have weekly meeting with the coach.
