Sisällön jaksotus

This course is intended primarily for students in the MBA in Business Management and secondarily for others if there are enough places available.

Tavoitteet

This course focuses on team/projectleadership and team/project performance management. The role of leadership, communication and trust in situations where change management is needed will also be discussed. After completing this course the student:
- knows the key theories and models explaining leadership and is able to apply the knowledge intoown work
- is able to lead the team toeffectivity andtarget-oriented performance
- is able to develop effective team also in change
- is able to evaluate and continuously develop his/her own leadership

Core content:
- key theories on leadership and the relationships within an organisation
- leadership as a factor for thesuccess of thebusiness, leadership and change management
- using people, organisation and other intangible resources to get good results
- engaging individuals and groups to release their true potential

Evaluation:
The grading of the course is 1-5 and is based on the grades of all three home assignments:
- All home assignments must be accepted!
1 st Home Assignment: Accepted: 2 points
2 nd Home Assignment: 1-5 points
3 rd Home Assignment: Accepted: 2 points
