Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

- define project activities and resources
- create a project plan for a small-scale project
- create a cost estimate for a small-scale project using a spreadsheet program
- take economic and ecological sustainability into account in project planning
- assess project risks
- develop their own use of time and plan a feasible schedule
- assess and develop their own project work skills

Drawing up a project plan, project cost estimation and scheduling, project work, project risk assessment, project sustainability impacts, planning and monitoring of own time use.
