Detailed schedule is to be planned with the piano teacher.



Group lessons in Sigyn Hall on Thursday afternoon (dates below and in TUUDO) Firtst hour is booked for rehearsing, discuss the rehearsing time with the other students. Be prepared to give feedback to each other during the group lesson.



In the end of each term there is a evaluated performance. The student prepares and performs a solo piano program suitable for his/her current abilities of the art of piano playing. Afterwards feedback is given by the piano teachers present.

Assessment methods and criteria

The student will receive feedback regularly from the piano teacher during the piano lessons, peer feedback during the group lessons and a more detailed feedback from the teacher and a colleague after the semester ending evaluated performances.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Accepted: Students have participated in teaching, given peer feedback, performed in public and in group classes, adopted new software, and developed their musical expression and the playing technique required for it.
Failed: The student has not participated in teaching, group classes and peer-to-peer feedback and has not absorbed the new software sufficiently.
