Objective

In the end of course student:
- is capable to select and dimension those machine elements which are not included in basic course.
- has improved his/her skills to the level required in machine project course
- can discuss the same technical language with machine design experts

The main topics of the course are:
- Springs
- Slide bearings
- Clutches and brakes
- Lubrication and sealings
- Variable speed drives
Course includes dimensioning practices and an excursion to a industrial company.
