Objective
The student knows the basics of chromatography and chemical working methods and is able to work in laboratory considering the safety rules. The student can synthesize, separate and analyze various materials.
Content
Basic syntheses, distillation, extraction, crystallization, column chromatography, sample pretreatment, PCR, priciples and vocabulary of chromatography.
