Objective

The student familiarizes himself with the task planning of the implementation phase of a building construction project and supplements his previously learned planning skills.
Task planning is a systematic way to plan and direct, i.e. manage the execution of a single task.
The goal is to ensure the implementation of the planned work package in such a way that the quality requirements and cost and time targets set in the project documents are safely achieved.
