Structural Fire DesignLaajuus (5 cr)
Course unit code: TE00CS85
General information
- Credits
- 5 cr
- Teaching language
- Finnish
Objective
Upon completing the course, the student will master the fire-related properties of materials used in load-bearing structures and be able to perform fire design for load-bearing concrete, steel, and timber structures. The student will be capable of determining fire loads, identify the effects of structural fire resistance class on design, and utilizing available fire models.
Content
