After completing the course, the student is able to:
- analyze own strengths and development needs as a professional of one’s field and develop additional skills in a goal-oriented manner

- apply creative autobiographical, art-based methods to reflect own evolving identity and professional skills.

- compare different forms of professionalism within the developing field of Arts, Health and Well-being and assess their suitability for one's own professional identity

- create and maintain partnerships and networks to support own professional development.

- Different expert identities and professional paths

- The spesific aspects of the professional identity of a specialist and expert in the field of Arts, Health and Well-being

- The importance of multidisciplinarity, networks and (multiprofessional) collaboration in the profession of a specialist and expert in the field of Creative Well-being, in relation to one´s own background training and own field of work and basic tasks in it
