Objectives
• Students learn to communicate and interact in an appropriate, customer-oriented manner in multiprofessional situations in working life
• They will know how to take the recipient, context and the requirements of the field into account and communicate in a well structured, clear and convincing way in emergency care and nursing contexts.
• Students will be able and willing to develop their Finnish language and communication skills as part of their professional competence and will gain practice in how to encounter multicultural customers in emergency care and nursing
