We use Japanese for busy people 1 (4th edition) as class textbook and 1 unit/lesson.

Participatory learning, lots of oral exercises in classroom teaching.

Basics of Japanese language and basic hiragana and katakana characters.

Assessment is based on attendance. The minimum requirement for attendance is 75 % of the classroom teaching.
