To know the typical characteristics of a building project, to learn about developer's relevant information, skills, and statutory obligations related to the preparation and penetration of the construction project.

Characteristics of construction projects, places of danger and their preparation, planning and control, obligations to protect the gray economy for the subscriber and contractors, identification of the bidding cartels, responsibility of the customer's occupational safety.
