Objective

After completing the study module a student is able to
· Develop an idea into a workable media project
· Prepare a production or project plan and subdivide the project
· Draw up a project monitoring and evaluation plan
· Plan a management approach appropriate to the project or production in question
· Compare different project management tools to different types of projects
· Evaluate factors and agreements related to the sale and purchase of intellectual rights
