Objective

The student is able to perform a blood sample handling correctly. The student is able to work safely, ergonomically and take into account the safety of the work community and the environment. The student is able to describe and apply the principles of chemical work and to prepare reagents. The student is able to explain the structure, operating principles and key concepts of the spectrophotometer.

Pipetting, measuring instruments, scales, chemicals, reagents, centrifugation, laboratory water, laboratory waste, occupational safety, laboratory instrument maintenance, basics of spectrophotometry.
