Objective

Student
- understands the basic task and significance of the training place as a part of the service system
- understands the connection between the needs of the client group and the development of the knowhow of the work community
- perceives the entity of the multiprofessional working
- is able to act responsibly in counselling, advice and managerial tasks of the social and education field
- recognizes the significance of work wellbeing and work safety in specialized client work
- learns to use different information systems of the field in practical work situations
- knows how to utilize literature relating to the themes of specialized client work / immediate leadership in his/her
own activity and in the review of his/her own actions.
