Objective

After completing the course, the students can:

- outline the field of research in library science and information research
- assess what are the most relevant research topics in the field
- get acquainted with an area of library science and information research
- evaluate the level of a research area independently
- search and analyze topical information on a research area in the field

• getting acquainted with the field of library science and information research with the help of source
literature
• searching information on a research domain
• analyzing data sources
• writing an independent or a group work report or a report summary
• presenting a report and / or a report or a report summary
