Objective
Students are able to• to maintain their own bodies and its functioning independently• develop the capacity of their own body in strength and streching, body awareness and muscular balance• prevention of sports injuries• plan and implement different methods independently in physical body conditioning
Content
Supporting the circus technical course study program, the aim of the studies is to guide the students to manage their own bodies and to maintain the body's capacity for worklife. The training includes a variety of body care methods that will help students to build their own body maintenance program.
