Objective

After completing the course the student can: plan and document the most common maintenance functions in complex enterprise networks develop a troubleshooting process to identify and solve problems in complex enterprise networks select tools that best support specific troubleshooting and maintenance processes in large, complex enterprise networks practice maintenance procedures and fault resolution in switched environments practice maintenance procedures and fault resolution in routing environments troubleshoot NAT/PAT, DHCP, and other services identify and troubleshoot network performance issues troubleshoot wireless connectivity, VoIP, and video Implementations practice maintenance procedures and fault resolution in a secure infrastructure practice maintenance procedures and fault resolution in a complex environment.
