Työpajaopetus

Objective

Students
- can identify life-threatening situations and first aid needs
- are able to give the needed first aid
- are aware of the health care plans drawn up for exceptional situations.

Content

Students
- are familiar with normal microbes and their significance, and clinically important pathogens
- are aware of the different levels of aseptics and their requirements for the promotion of patient safety
- know how to work according to aseptic principles in the health care field.
