The student knows the fluid properties, such as viscosity, compressibility, density, and, if necessary, can deal with them in terms of calculation. The student is able to calculate the flow of hydrostatic, static, dynamic and total pressure and understands their meaning and use. The student is also able to determine pipe flows’ frictional resistance, time resistors and further the overall pressure drop and is able to present them as a facility curve.
