Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to
• analyze and assess their own challenges regarding life-long learning, pedagogical competence and professional development as part of profound expertise
• analyze and assess their competence in health promotion as part of profound expertise and build a foundation for self-management and the development of profound expertise as experts in health management
• recognize and develop innovative problem-solving skills in broad regional, national and international contexts of occupational health promotion
• gain deeper insight into the social and health care industry and identify business opportunities in their own field
• develop innovative health promotion solutions in regional, national and international research and development projects
