Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to
• solve problems in health promotion and develop and manage health promotion innovatively in the field of occupational health care
• use different methods for management, plan own working and understand economics of occupational health care
• explain the mechanisms of decision-making and use preliminary assessing from different perspectives as a base of decision-making in accordance with the needs of population
• polish skills, learn to use and uses different developmental and managemental models

Content

• Management of intellectual capital in occupational health care
• Requirement for co-operation and collaboration from superior’s perspective
• Preliminary assessment as a tool of decision making in occupational health care and social- and health care
• Co-operation with insurance companies and change management
• Work as an independent expert in different health promoting settings and occupational health care
• Develop leadership skills that drive a continuous development of own action and working, and managing co-operation
• Different kinds of health promotion management tools in occupational health care
