Objective

The student shall be able to- master the nature and course of healthcare development and in health-sciences research processes and use the related information acquisition, analytical and reporting methods- use research and development work methods- interpret statistics and draw the correct conclusions from them- use the Excel and SPSS spreadsheet software in analysing and reporting data

Contents:- development and research activities targets- core concepts: development work, development and developing, basic research, applied research, research development, project, scheme- the ethical and legal premises of research development- the stages of a development project- data, evidence and evidence-based development- research methods- collection, processing and analysis of data- research reliability and ethics- statistical methods and tools in processing and developing data in nursing and healthcare- planning and reporting of development and research work
