Objectives:

The student shall be able to

- use correctly and safely the equipment and instruments required in the treatment procedures of an internal medicine patient

- utilise examination results in treatment and treatment monitoring

- know how to participate in the patient's advanced life support

- individually monitor, plan, implement and evaluate the treatment of an internal medicine patient

- guide an internal medicine patient

- carry out the patient's medicinal treatment safely and in accordance with a physician's prescription
