After completing the module, student

- knows the specific features and different operators when executing a project in an operating section of Health Technology
- knows the main principles of managing a project portfolio in Health Technology environment
- knows the main principles of managing a program
- knows how to manage a complex project and operational environment
- is able to calculate and evaluate the profitability of projects as an investment target.
