Content scheduling
In the module students will learn basics of gathering information and data and preparing the data to be visualized. Learning to find stories in the data and building a presentation from it using storytelling methods, images, graphics, animations and video. During the course students will be introduced to variety of different tools to build these visualizations and presentations.

Objective
After completing the course, student:
- understands the means and goals of data visualization
- can build visualizations from a variety of data
- can use images, graphs, animations and videos in a presentation
- can combine multiple visualizations to make a complete story/presentation.
Content
In the module students will learn basics of gathering information and data and preparing the data to be visualized. Learning to find stories in the data and building a presentations from it using storytelling methods, images, graphics, animations and video. During the course students will be introduced to variety of different tools to build these visualizations and presentations.

will be shared in the itslearning course (opens automatically to participants)
Teaching methods
Lectures on the subject will be online and there will be individual learning tasks. The whole course will focus on building everyone’s own presentation. We will use free tools or those available to studends provided by O365 licence. It is important to attend the online sessions and join the Peer-to-peer learning discussions and activities.
