Objective
After taking part in this module, the student:
- knows flow mechanics and the guiding principles of equipment applying flow mechanics
- Knows how to design different fluid pipelines, ducts and circuits
- Knows the operating principles of pumps and blowers, and can design, maintain and adjust different kinds of equipment
- Knows different flow modes and their effects on processes
- Knows the significance of various fluids in different industrial sectors.

Final exam at the end of the course. a 2x 45 min
Alternatively, two mid-term exams, one of which is for fan technology a 2x 45 min and the other for pumping technology. a 2x 45 min

Previous courses of similar content at other educational institutions, especially technical colleges or universities of applied sciences, can be credited either partially or completely.
