Suomen kielen ja viestinnän opinnoissa perehdyt asiantuntija- ja työyhteisöviestintään.
Opintojaksolla harjoittelet työelämässä tarvittavia viestintä- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja.
Opintojakson jälkeen osaat

Objective

Objectives
• Students learn to communicate and interact in an appropriate, customer-oriented manner in multiprofessional situations in working life
• They will know how to take the recipient, context and the requirements of the field into account and communicate in a well structured, clear and convincing way in emergency care and nursing contexts.
• Students will be able and willing to develop their Finnish language and communication skills as part of their professional competence and will gain practice in how to encounter multicultural customers in emergency care and nursing
• Students will be able to describe topical challenges relevant to the health and well-being of the population and their contributing factors as a part of emergency care and nursing
• They will know how to describe the indicators of the health and well-being of the population and the importance of data in identifying the need for services and the provision of services
• Students will be able to describe the overall structure of social and health care services and the social security system (incl. supporting occupational and functional capacity and rehabilitation) and the legislation concerning social and health services

- Promotion of health and functional capacity and the prevention of illnesses and accidents in emergency care and nursing
- Register data and statistics

- Social and health care system, emergency care system and their development, funding, responsibilities and supervision and customer/patient rights
- Social and health care services
- Rehabilitation and rehabilitation services
- Income security

Teaching methods

Opintojakso sisältää lähitunteja ja verkko-osuuden.
Osallistuminen lähiopetukseen, kirjalliset ja suulliset harjoitukset.
Lähitunneilla perehdytään puheviestinnällisiin valmiuksiin kouluttajan opastuksella ja vertaispalautteen avulla.
Arviointi asteikolla 0-5.

Tehtävät Itslearningissa..Opintojakso koostuu :lähioepetuksesta, mahdollsiista Zoom-tunneista,ohjaus, tehtävänannot ja palaute tehtäviin liittyen. Lisäksi harjoituksia itsenäisenä työnä opettajan ohjeistuksen mukaisesti.
