After completing the course, the student can
-Define the principles and value of Quality Management Systems
-Apply the main quality management standard in her/his own business area
-Establish the main principles of quality management in practical
-Understand the value of quality management to improve processes and cost effectiveness of a company
-Apply quality management to facilitate a positive company culture and teamwork
