Opintojakson suoritettaan opiskelija osaa:
· osaa kriittisesti ja näyttöön perustuen ratkaista ja kehittää vanhuspalveluiden haasteita asiakaslähtöisesti
· hallitsee asiakaslähtöisen palveluohjauksen
· parantaa vanhusasiakkaiden ja heidän läheistensä palvelukokemusta
· soveltaa ja arvioida palvelumuotoilua vanhuspalveluiden kehittämisessä

After completing the course, the student is able to:
