Content scheduling

The student learns how to organize materials management in a company.
The student will also get to know how to manage inventories and control the inventory related costs.
The student will know which replenishment methods should be applied in different environments.
He/she will learn how to calculate the inventory related costs and replenishment parameters.

Objective

The student learns how to organize materials management in a company. The student will also get to know how to manage inventories and control the inventory related costs.
